We process your data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). This privacy policy explains which data we process when you visit our website, send an enquiry or make a booking, for what purpose and on what legal basis.<\/p>\n

2. Hosting, server log files and delivery of images<\/h2>\n

Hosting:<\/strong> Our website is hosted by Variomedia AG, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR).<\/p>\n

Server log files:<\/strong> When you access our website, technically necessary data is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system used. This data is used to provide the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.<\/p>\n

Content delivery network:<\/strong> Images on our website are delivered via Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg). Your IP address is transmitted to an Amazon server so that images load quickly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Amazon is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n

3. Cookies and consent management<\/h2>\n

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We set technically necessary cookies (for example for online booking, language settings and storing your cookie choice) on the basis of Section 165(3) TKG 2021 and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All other cookies and services (statistics and marketing) are only loaded with your consent (Section 165(3) TKG 2021, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

We use the WordPress plugin Complianz to manage your consent. Your choice is stored in a cookie in your browser so that we do not have to ask you again on every page. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future: Open cookie settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. Contact and price requests<\/h2>\n

If you contact us via the contact form, the price request form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, phone number, travel details and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If no booking results, we delete the data after six months at the latest.<\/p>\n

WhatsApp:<\/strong> If you message us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are transmitted via the WhatsApp service (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Ireland). WhatsApp\u2019s privacy policy also applies. If you do not want this, please contact us by email or phone.<\/p>\n

Google reCAPTCHA:<\/strong> To protect our forms against spam and misuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland), which checks whether an entry was made by a human. For this purpose, your IP address and information about your usage behaviour, among other things, are transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our website against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n

5. Online booking and performance of the contract<\/h2>\n

For a booking, we process the data required to carry out the transfer: name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time, flight number or arrival time, number of passengers, luggage and special requests (for example child seats or ski transport) as well as payment and invoice data. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this information we cannot carry out the transfer.<\/p>\n

Your booking data is only accessible to the people who need it to carry out the transfer, in particular the assigned driver. We send you a reminder by email before your transfer.<\/p>\n

Address entry:<\/strong> When you enter addresses in the booking form, we use Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to suggest addresses and calculate distances. Your entries and your IP address are transmitted to Google. The legal basis is the performance or initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Payment:<\/strong> You can pay the driver in cash or by card, or pay online in advance by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Online and card payments are processed by our payment service provider Worldline (worldline.com<\/a>). The necessary payment data (for example card details, amount and time of payment) is transmitted to Worldline and to the card schemes and banks involved. Complete card details are not stored on our website. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Worldline\u2019s privacy policy also applies to processing by Worldline.<\/p>\n

Retention:<\/strong> We keep data from completed contracts for the duration of the statutory retention obligations (in Austria generally seven years under Section 132 of the Federal Fiscal Code, BAO). The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). If a booking is cancelled before completion, we delete the data entered up to that point.<\/p>\n

6. Embedded content<\/h2>\n

Google Maps:<\/strong> On our contact page we show a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). The map is only loaded once you have consented in the cookie settings. Your IP address and information about how you use the map, among other things, are then transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

YouTube:<\/strong> We embed YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Videos are only loaded after your consent. When a video is played, data such as your IP address is transmitted to YouTube. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Links to social networks and review platforms:<\/strong> Our website contains links to Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor and Google. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. Data is only transmitted when you click a link and visit the platform. The respective provider\u2019s privacy policy applies there.<\/p>\n

7. Statistics and marketing (only with your consent)<\/h2>\n

Google Tag Manager:<\/strong> We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to manage analytics and marketing services on our website. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies. It ensures that the services listed below are only activated after your consent. For this we use Google Consent Mode: without your consent, Google services do not set cookies.<\/p>\n

Google Analytics 4 (statistics):<\/strong> With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to analyse how our website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Cookies are set and pseudonymous usage data is processed. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Google.<\/p>\n

Google Ads \u2013 conversion tracking and remarketing (marketing):<\/strong> With your consent, we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to measure whether visitors send an enquiry or make a booking after clicking one of our ads, and to show you relevant advertising on other websites (remarketing). Cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Meta Pixel (marketing):<\/strong> With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland). It allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant advertising there to visitors of our website. Cookies are set and usage data is transmitted to Meta, which Meta may link to your Facebook or Instagram account. We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection and transmission (Art. 26 GDPR). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Transfers to the USA:<\/strong> For the Google and Meta services mentioned, a transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google and Meta are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).<\/p>\n

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: Open cookie settings<\/a>. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.<\/p>\n

8. Storage period<\/h2>\n

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted. The storage period of individual cookies can be found in our cookie policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n
