Our driver Ismail was very professional and oferred a 5-star service.Our airline lost part of our luggage and Ismail waited patiently for us to complete all the forms and leave the airport. I had Tim as my driver. As soon as I walked out of baggage claim he was waiting with my name displayed. I had a 1hr drive and we talked the entire time. He was very friendly giving me background on Austria and other small towns. We talked about a lot. Safe driving and I arrived on time to my hotel. Hoping to get him on my return drive back to Innsbruck Airport.

Excellent service We recently had a return transfer between Innsbruck and Selva di Val Gardena. At every point the service was excellent. Efficient booking, very competitive price, excellent drivers and vehicles. We had to make a timing change to our return journey due to my error and only realised a couple of days before. This was dealt efficiently with without issue or penalty. We have used many transfer companies to ski resorts over the years and Alpstria rank amongst the best. Highly recommend.

So good I've booked again Transfer from the airport to my hotel, 55 minutes away, was excellent. Driver was waiting for me at the gate, and was very friendly and professional. She also told me some interest facts about the area, The return transfer was also superb. Driver was punctual, and I arrived at Innsbruck airport with plenty of time before my flight. Prima Fahrt Wir sind eine halbe Stunde früher gelandet als geplant. Der Fahrer Pepi hat schon auf uns gewartet. Angenehme Fahrt. Wir hatten eine weite Strecke von fast 3 Stunden. Fahrer war sehr aufmerksam, ob zu kalt oder warm, anhalten für einen sanitairen Stopp.
