They were waiting at the airport for us and were polite and helpful and easy to talk to, and very punctual both times.

They track the flight so if you are delayed they won't charge you extra and not hanging around for ages in the airport.

I would certainly book them again on our next visit. read less

Spot on time for return and they were not disturbed by having to cope with a party member having had an accident. You might say they are used to this but even so they were very kind from the first warning e-mail. Just remember the journey is going to be 1 or 2 hours so brush up your German. Our driver had about as much English as I have German but he did not give me marks for my efforts! A very nice guy. read less
