Трансфер: Аэропорт Мюнхен – Эльмау

It was a nice and effortless experience

Umnt was excellent from start to finish. Made the family feel really welcome and enjoy in with our family humour and banter. Highly recommend. Ian

The service was excellent. Erkan was my driver who was waiting at arrivals even though my flight arrived early :). He was super friendly and an excellent driver. I would definitely recommend.
The booking process online was easy and pain free, and was also well priced and fair. The van was also very clean and modern.

Very slick and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Ready and waiting for us on arrival and on time for collection. Umut was very hospitable and knowledgeable.

We’ve used many airport transfer businesses around the globe both for holiday and work purposes. Alpstria is up there with the very best of them.
Our driver - Erkan (from Ankara, Turkey) was truly exceptional. He was punctual, friendly, warm, and utterly helpful. He made our journey a genuine pleasure. The next time I visit Innsbruck I’ll be requesting that he collects me!
Very, VERY well done Alpstria.

Very happy with Aplstria Taxi, our flight from London was 3 hours late but the taxi was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived which was very nice. The driver Erkan was very professional and polite, he helped us with our bags and had a child car seat ready for our little one. A nice drive to Ischgl, many thanks, highly recommend this taxi service

We had an incredible experience with this car service during a very stressful and complicated situation. My friend had a serious foot and ankle injury while traveling alone in Austria. She couldn’t walk and needed to keep her leg elevated, and had to get from the Innsbruck hospital all the way to the Munich airport, where she was staying overnight at the airport hotel before her flight.A special thank you to her driver, Umut, who was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond in every possible way. When they arrived at the airport hotel, the staff initially said they didn’t have a wheelchair and that her room was on the second floor and she should be able to get there on her own—which was not possible in her condition. Umut stepped in, made sure they provided a wheelchair, and didn’t just leave—he ensured she got safely all the way to her room. The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the long drive, and Umut was an excellent driver—smooth, safe, and professional the entire time.On top of that, I had sent the company a few (honestly a bit annoying) emails—one making sure they were aware of her situation (which I had already included in the booking), and another asking to adjust the pickup time. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, they were extremely kind, accommodating, and reassuring every step of the way.Knowing she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We are beyond grateful!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this service!

Erkan, our driver, was punctual, friendly and a good driver. He was at the airport waiting for us and drove us directly to our accommodation. A superb service! I highly recommend him.

Our driver Ismail was very professional and oferred a 5-star service.
Our airline lost part of our luggage and Ismail waited patiently for us to complete all the forms and leave the airport. On the ride to our hotel he tried to tell us that everything will be fine and was very accommodating as we spent time on the phone talking to the airline.

All in all this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again

Guter Service

We had with 6 people two excellent trips from Innsbruck to Corvara (Dolomites) and back. Good luxury car, both times perfect on time and a very friendly and helpful driver (Umut). Next time we will, like in the last 5-6 years, travel again with Alpstria.

Flights cancelled, arrival times changed, significant traffic congestion. These guys dealt with it all smoothly and without drama. Excellent Communication also.

Very good experience. Return trip INN airport - Gerlos. Both transfers were pleasant. Nice drivers, on time, and had arrived even ahead of schedule and were waiting for me. Everything went smoothly and as agreed in emails even though I had to reschedule both transfers. Early booking discount and easy payment.

Umut was punctual and communication was easy. Very helpful and polite. He shared some useful local tips along the way from Innsbruck to St Anton. Definitely recommended for your local transfers.

Erkut was an excellent driver for our family. We had a seamless connection at Innsbruck train station to Füssen. We were offered water for the trip and Erkut pointed out some sights and landmarks during the drive. We felt very safe and confident in his driving ability. Thanks Erkut and Alpstria for a great ride.

Excellent service. Good communication from booking to travel. No advance payment needed, only paid for each trip at end and easy card payment.

We had a great experience with Alpstria taxis: they met us at Innsbruck, drove us to Obergurgl in a very comfortable car, and then drove us back again - even being fine about us changing the return journey date and time. Good communications via email and easy payment. We will use them again.

Kara was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He made us feel welcome immediately with his easygoing personality, so it was an easy and safe trip.

Being a 90 minute drive away from Innsbruck airport, we were pleased that Pipi arrived bang on time and got us there with plenty of time to spare Would use again.

Our driver Erkut was on time meeting us at the airport, drove myself & 2 children to Obergurgl safely and was very pleasant and chatty en route. Thank you Erkut.
