We have used this company several times and find them faultless, nice clean luxury vehicles, and pleasant, helpful and courteous drivers - would certainly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
A great service! The driver picked us up from the arrivals hall and on the return journey he was 15 minutes early, which was reassuring. The mercedes minibus was clean and roomy so overall it was an excellent service and I will definitely use them in the future!
It was a nice and effortless experience
We were picked up by Tim from Alpbach to go to Innsbruck Airport.
Tim was early which helped alot. The driver over was in a comfortable clean Mercedes and the drive was smooth and in flustered. We didn't feel rushed at any time.
Good service with a really pleasant polite guy who chatted away making the journey go very quickly.
Well done Tim 👍🏻
Very convenient service. The car was clean, the driver was friendly. He was waiting for us at agreed time.
Great service from start to finish!! would highly recommend them. Good communication, was concerned when booking that they don’t take a payment to guarantee the booking, but i emailed the week before travel. they assured me they would be there and they was. Slight confusion as we added a person on and it wasn’t relayed to the drivers, but it was handled well and caused no issues for us or them( i think). driver was running late in inbound journey but he kept in touch and arrived when he said he would.
would use them again!
Great service. Punctual; friendly and helpful drivers. Nice cars. Good communication. Very good value for money. Our driver, Rene, was great. 5 stars all the way.
We were very happy with our experience using this car service. We had a 2+ hour drive and it felt very safe and smooth. Our driver, Tim, was kind, helpful, and gave answers to all of our questions. He also pointed out a few sights along the way. We requested car seats/boosters for our children and they were already installed upon pickup. Additionally, they were clean and new. Highly recommend this company.
Our driver Ismail was very professional and oferred a 5-star service.
Our airline lost part of our luggage and Ismail waited patiently for us to complete all the forms and leave the airport. On the ride to our hotel he tried to tell us that everything will be fine and was very accommodating as we spent time on the phone talking to the airline. All in all this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
Rene was a great driver, drove us safely to the airport, helped with the luggage and respected the fact we’re all tired and let us sleep on the way there, thank you
Onur was an amazing driver! Very friendly and got us to our hotel very quickly!
Umnt was excellent from start to finish. Made the family feel really welcome and enjoy in with our family humour and banter. Highly recommend. Ian
We were very happy with our taxi transfer this morning from St Anton to Innsbruck. The driver was friendly, arrived in good time and drove very well and safely. The team were easy to contact and arrange the taxi over email. I would use them again
We had with 6 people two excellent trips from Innsbruck to Corvara (Dolomites) and back. Good luxury car, both times perfect on time and a very friendly and helpful driver (Umut). Next time we will, like in the last 5-6 years, travel again with Alpstria.
Being a 90 minute drive away from Innsbruck airport, we were pleased that Pipi arrived bang on time and got us there with plenty of time to spare Would use again.
On time pick up. Whatsapp"d me when i landed. Smooth transfer from innsbruck airport to Sölden by Yigit. Would recommend him and firm.
Very happy with Aplstria Taxi, our flight from London was 3 hours late but the taxi was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived which was very nice. The driver Erkan was very professional and polite, he helped us with our bags and had a child car seat ready for our little one. A nice drive to Ischgl, many thanks, highly recommend this taxi service
We’ve used many airport transfer businesses around the globe both for holiday and work purposes. Alpstria is up there with the very best of them.
Our driver - Erkan (from Ankara, Turkey) was truly exceptional. He was punctual, friendly, warm, and utterly helpful. He made our journey a genuine pleasure. The next time I visit Innsbruck I’ll be requesting that he collects me!
Very, VERY well done Alpstria.
Excellent service. Driver waiting at airport with signage. Taxi a short walk outside the terminal. Clean and modern car. Pick up from hotel to return to the airport was also excellent. Received a message 15 minutes early to inform me car was waiting outside hotel. Would definitely recommend Alpstria Taxis.
