A big thank you to your team and drivers who took us to/from Innsbruck and St Christoph last week. I was initially concerned booking our transfer for our two families online and so far in advance with a company I had no personal experience with but on arrival the driver was waiting with our name on his phone; he stopped at the roadside to see a colleague who promptly took card payment thru the window and then got us there quickly and safely so we could ski in the afternoon. On return early in the morning the driver was waiting outside the hotel as expected and again helped us with luggage into the nicely warm vehicle on a cold snowy morning. I cannot recommend you enough and have just booked for next year! Hopefully we'll get the same driver so we can have another hilarious chat via Google translate :-)Marcus & friends/family

Excellent service A+++++My friend and I had the pleasure of using the Taxi Aplstria Innsbruck service for a trip from Innsbruck to Cortina Italy. The service was fantastic. From the time we were met at Innsbruck station to our arrival at our destination, the experience was seamless and second to none. Our driver Sefa was outstanding, very professional, courteous and super friendly. He went above and beyond ensuring all our needs were met during the trip. He even had water and snacks in case we were hungry and had no problem stopping for photo opportunities of the stunning views along the way. Very pleased with the service provided by Airport Transfer & Taxi. The driver was waiting for us at Innsbruck and took us to the front door of our Pension. And we need not have worried about being picked up for the return to the airport 11 days later, as the driver arrived 15 minutes before our requested departure time. The car was comfortable in both directions and the drivers courteous. We will certainly be using AT&T the next time we fly to Innsbruck.

Have used this taxi company in the summer for a number of years going from Innsbruck Airport to Kitzbuhel. This company has never let us down and the drivers always arrive on time and are very polite. The reason for the four stars and not the five is that this year my husband and I had an alarming journey from Innsbruck Airport to Kitzbuhel because we could see the driver was falling asleep at the wheel. He had to stop to buy himself a coffee and a high energy drink to keep himself awake. I felt obliged to talk to him, too, to help the situation... we did not welcome this stress at the start of our holiday. The return journey was a different driver, he was not tired and it was a much more pleasurable experience.
