From Innsbruck Airport it is around 86 km to Ellmau. The drive takes about 69 minutes, via the Inn Valley motorway A12 to Wörgl and then towards the Wilder Kaiser. From €149 per vehicle, the airport transfer from Innsbruck is the cheapest option.
This is our home base: your driver awaits you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps you with your luggage and takes you straight to your hotel. If your flight is delayed, we track it – the waiting time costs you nothing.
Salzburg Airport is particularly interesting in winter, with many charter and direct flights. At around 74 km, it is the closest airport to Ellmau, and the drive takes about 75 minutes.
The transfer is particularly worthwhile for families and groups, as you pay from €339 per vehicle, not per person. Your driver contacts you after landing and takes you with your luggage and ski equipment straight to your hotel.
Munich is one of the largest airports in Europe. Especially when travelling from Germany, from overseas or with low-cost airlines, you will often find the cheapest fares here. The route to Ellmau is about 149 km and the drive takes about two hours.
As it often takes a long time to reach the exit at large airports after landing, your driver first waits outside the terminal. After landing he contacts you, and as soon as you have your luggage, he drives straight to the terminal and picks you up there. The fixed price from €359 per vehicle stays the same even in traffic jams.
If you have the choice, fly to Innsbruck: cheapest transfer, and your driver comes straight from our base at the airport. The shortest drive, however, is from Salzburg. If you can’t find a suitable flight, Salzburg and Munich are good alternatives.

Is there also a transfer from Innsbruck Central Station to Ellmau?
Yes. If you arrive by train, we pick you up at Innsbruck Central Station and take you privately, without changing, straight to your hotel in Ellmau. The travel time is similar to that from Innsbruck Airport. When booking online, simply select “Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (HBF)” as your pick-up location – you see the fixed price immediately.
How much does a transfer from the airport to Ellmau cost?

Is the Ellmau transfer a shared shuttle or a private transfer?
