Questions on Booking
No, you don’t need a credit card to book your transfers. Payment does not have to be made until your start of the journey when you meet your chauffeur.
Of course we will also take you to destinations which are not listed in our booking form. If you send us a price inquiry we will immediately answer you and send you a great offer for your transfers!
Of course we will also pick you up at or take you to another Airport than Innsbruck. If you can’t find it in our booking system just use our price inquiry form and we will send you a great offer for your transfers!
If a vehicle is available we are happy to offer you also spontaneous transfers.

Questions on Payment
You do not have to pay for your transfers until you actually board your drive. You can pay cash or with credit card directly on site. If you’d like to, you can also pay with credit card in advance.
No – there will be no additional costs for you, if your flight is delayed even if our driver has to wait for you.
No, cancellation 12 hours before your transfer is cost-free.
Firstly we offer transfers to locations beyond the boarders of Innsbruck city and even to other Airports in the area. Secondly we offer only fixed prices – regardless of traffic conditions.
You will be picked up with the vehicle you have booked, in some cases we might also send a bigger vehicle. For example, if you booked the Mercedes E-class (fits 1-3 passengers), we might also pick you up in the bigger Mercedes Vito van (fits 1-8 passengers) – depending on availability.

Our chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the Airport, holding a nameplate with your name on it.
