How do I book my transfer?

You can either use our online form to book transfers or give us a call on our 24/7 telephone hotline to arrange your drive.

Do I need a credit card to book my transfers?

No, you don’t need a credit card to book your transfers. Payment does not have to be made until your start of the journey when you meet your chauffeur.

What am I supposed to do if I can’t find my desired location listed in your booking form?

Of course we will also take you to destinations which are not listed in our booking form. If you send us a price inquiry we will immediately answer you and send you a great offer for your transfers!

Can I also book my transfers from another Airport than Innsbruck?

Of course we will also pick you up at or take you to another Airport than Innsbruck. If you can’t find it in our booking system just use our price inquiry form and we will send you a great offer for your transfers!

Can I book last minute?

If a vehicle is available we are happy to offer you also spontaneous transfers.

What am I supposed to do if I didn't receive a confirmation email after booking?

Please check your spam folder for unseen emails. If you still can’t find our confirmation email please give us a call on our telephone hotline!

Questions on Payment

When and how will I have to pay for my transfers?

You do not have to pay for your transfers until you actually board your drive. You can pay cash or with credit card directly on site. If you’d like to, you can also pay with credit card in advance.

Will there be additional costs if my flight is delayed?

No – there will be no additional costs for you, if your flight is delayed even if our driver has to wait for you.

Will I have to pay for cancelling my transfers?

No, cancellation 12 hours before your transfer is cost-free.

General Questions

What is the difference between Alpstria Taxi and a normal Taxi?

Firstly we offer transfers to locations beyond the boarders of Innsbruck city and even to other Airports in the area. Secondly we offer only fixed prices – regardless of traffic conditions.

Which vehicle will pick me up?

You will be picked up with the vehicle you have booked, in some cases we might also send a bigger vehicle. For example, if you booked the Mercedes E-class (fits 1-3 passengers), we might also pick you up in the bigger Mercedes Vito van (fits 1-8 passengers) – depending on availability.

How can I reach my driver before arriving?

You can reach us at any time of the day on our 24/7 telephone hotline.

How will I recognize my driver at the Airport?

Our chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the Airport, holding a nameplate with your name on it.

What do I have to do if I can't find my driver?

If you can’t find your driver right away, please give us a call on our telephone hotline. Our friendly coworkers will immediately help you with the matter.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry if your flight is delayed. We are tracking your flight number. If your flight is delayed our driver will be there in time to pick you up anyway.

How long is my drive?

If you book your transfers online, our smart booking system will show you the estimated duration of your drive. If you book via email or telephone we are happy to tell you personally about the length of your journey.

I will arrive with my kids. Are there baby seats for the drive?

Safety has first priority at Alpstria Taxi. This is why we provide our clients with free baby seats for the drive.

Do you also offer transfers to people in wheelchairs?

We gladly also offer transfers to people with special needs. Please contact us personally about such a matter so that we can ensure an appropriate vehicle for the drive.

Can I bring my pet for the drive?

Of course you can also bring small animals and dogs. Please contact us personally about this matter so that we can ensure an appropriate vehicle for transfers with animals.

Cancellation

What do I have to do to cancel my transfers?

If you regrettably can’t go on your journey, please write us an email or call us on our telephone hotline to cancel your transfers cost-free.
