Excellent service. Good communication from booking to travel. No advance payment needed, only paid for each trip at end and easy card payment.

We had with 6 people two excellent trips from Innsbruck to Corvara (Dolomites) and back. Good luxury car, both times perfect on time and a very friendly and helpful driver (Umut). Next time we will, like in the last 5-6 years, travel again with Alpstria.

Very good experience. Return trip INN airport - Gerlos. Both transfers were pleasant. Nice drivers, on time, and had arrived even ahead of schedule and were waiting for me. Everything went smoothly and as agreed in emails even though I had to reschedule both transfers. Early booking discount and easy payment.

Erkan picked us up very early in the morning and arrived on time! He was friendly and helpful and drove us safely from Sölden to Innsbruck.

Wir sind eine halbe Stunde früher gelandet als geplant. Der Fahrer Pepi hat schon auf uns gewartet. Angenehme Fahrt. Wir hatten eine weite Strecke von fast 3 Stunden. Fahrer war sehr aufmerksam, ob zu kalt oder warm, anhalten für einen sanitairen Stopp.

Excellent service. Driver waiting at airport with signage. Taxi a short walk outside the terminal. Clean and modern car. Pick up from hotel to return to the airport was also excellent. Received a message 15 minutes early to inform me car was waiting outside hotel. Would definitely recommend Alpstria Taxis.

Erkan, our driver, was punctual, friendly and a good driver. He was at the airport waiting for us and drove us directly to our accommodation. A superb service! I highly recommend him.

I had Tim as my driver. As soon as I walked out of baggage claim he was waiting with my name displayed. I had a 1hr drive and we talked the entire time. He was very friendly giving me background on Austria and other small towns. We talked about a lot. Safe driving and I arrived on time to my hotel. Hoping to get him on my return drive back to Innsbruck Airport.

Our driver, Dimitris, was punctual, efficient and charming.
The traffic between the Dolomites and Innsbruck airport was heavy and slow due to major roadworks. Dimitris checked for traffic updates throughout our 2 hour journey and diverted through secondary routes when appropriate.
Because of this we arrived at our destination on time, and relaxed.
Dimitris’s professionalism and attention to detail was much appreciated.

A great service! The driver picked us up from the arrivals hall and on the return journey he was 15 minutes early, which was reassuring. The mercedes minibus was clean and roomy so overall it was an excellent service and I will definitely use them in the future!

Very happy with Aplstria Taxi, our flight from London was 3 hours late but the taxi was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived which was very nice.
