Erkan picked us up very early in the morning and arrived on time! He was friendly and helpful and drove us safely from Sölden to Innsbruck.

Our driver, Dimitris, was punctual, efficient and charming.
The traffic between the Dolomites and Innsbruck airport was heavy and slow due to major roadworks. Dimitris checked for traffic updates throughout our 2 hour journey and diverted through secondary routes when appropriate.
Because of this we arrived at our destination on time, and relaxed.
Dimitris’s professionalism and attention to detail was much appreciated.

The service was excellent. Erkan was my driver who was waiting at arrivals even though my flight arrived early :). He was super friendly and an excellent driver. I would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible experience with this car service during a very stressful and complicated situation.My friend had a serious foot and ankle injury while traveling alone in Austria. She couldn’t walk and needed to keep her leg elevated, and had to get from the Innsbruck hospital all the way to the Munich airport, where she was staying overnight at the airport hotel before her flight.A special thank you to her driver, Umut, who was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond in every possible way. When they arrived at the airport hotel, the staff initially said they didn’t have a wheelchair and that her room was on the second floor and she should be able to get there on her own—which was not possible in her condition. Umut stepped in, made sure they provided a wheelchair, and didn’t just leave—he ensured she got safely all the way to her room.The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the long drive, and Umut was an excellent driver—smooth, safe, and professional the entire time.On top of that, I had sent the company a few (honestly a bit annoying) emails—one making sure they were aware of her situation (which I had already included in the booking), and another asking to adjust the pickup time. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, they were extremely kind, accommodating, and reassuring every step of the way.Knowing she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We are beyond grateful!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this service!

Our driver for this morning transfer was Mr Erkan. He was timely, friendly and helpful - and he spoke good English. The company has many drivers and I am not sure of the quality of all of them, but Mr Erkan comes highly recommended by us.
Although he did say he was new to the job, we understand from all positive reviews from many months back, he has been with the company for quite some time.
