Being a 90 minute drive away from Innsbruck airport, we were pleased that Pipi arrived bang on time and got us there with plenty of time to spare Would use again.

Wir sind eine halbe Stunde früher gelandet als geplant. Der Fahrer Pepi hat schon auf uns gewartet. Angenehme Fahrt. Wir hatten eine weite Strecke von fast 3 Stunden. Fahrer war sehr aufmerksam, ob zu kalt oder warm, anhalten für einen sanitairen Stopp.

Our driver Ismail was very professional and oferred a 5-star service.
Our airline lost part of our luggage and Ismail waited patiently for us to complete all the forms and leave the airport. On the ride to our hotel he tried to tell us that everything will be fine and was very accommodating as we spent time on the phone talking to the airline.

All in all this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again

We were very happy with our experience using this car service. We had a 2+ hour drive and it felt very safe and smooth. Our driver, Tim, was kind, helpful, and gave answers to all of our questions. He also pointed out a few sights along the way. We requested car seats/boosters for our children and they were already installed upon pickup. Additionally, they were clean and new. Excellent service. Driver waiting at airport with signage. Taxi a short walk outside the terminal. Clean and modern car. Pick up from hotel to return to the airport was also excellent. Received a message 15 minutes early to inform me car was waiting outside hotel. Would definitely recommend Alpstria Taxis.

A great service! The driver picked us up from the arrivals hall and on the return journey he was 15 minutes early, which was reassuring. The mercedes minibus was clean and roomy so overall it was an excellent service and I will definitely use them in the future!

We recently had a return transfer between Innsbruck and Selva di Val Gardena. At every point the service was excellent. Efficient booking, very competitive price, excellent drivers and vehicles. We had to make a timing change to our return journey due to my error and only realised a couple of days before. This was dealt efficiently with without issue or penalty. We have used many transfer companies to ski resorts over the years and Alpstria rank amongst the best. Highly recommend.
