Everything went smoothly and as agreed in emails even though I had to reschedule both transfers. Early booking discount and easy payment.

Erkut was an excellent driver for our family. We had a seamless connection at Innsbruck train station to Füssen. We were offered water for the trip and Erkut pointed out some sights and landmarks during the drive. We felt very safe and confident in his driving ability. Guter Service

Used Alpstria taxi on a ski trip with friends for the third time this year. Our driver Umut speaks English, is very professional and was always on time. Can only recommend this taxi service and will book again for 2027.

This is the second time we have used the service (2020 and 2022). Both times the drivers were waiting for us and early, smooth trip, top quality vehicles and great drivers, all at a fair price. I would recommend and use next time.

Good communication, was concerned when booking that they don’t take a payment to guarantee the booking, but i emailed the week before travel. they assured me they would be there and they was. Slight confusion as we added a person on and it wasn’t relayed to the drivers, but it was handled well and caused no issues for us or them( i think). driver was running late in inbound journey but he kept in touch and arrived when he said he would.

We had an incredible experience with this car service during a very stressful and complicated situation.My friend had a serious foot and ankle injury while traveling alone in Austria. She couldn’t walk and needed to keep her leg elevated, and had to get from the Innsbruck hospital all the way to the Munich airport, where she was staying overnight at the airport hotel before her flight.A special thank you to her driver, Umut, who was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond in every possible way. When they arrived at the airport hotel, the staff initially said they didn’t have a wheelchair and that her room was on the second floor and she should be able to get there on her own—which was not possible in her condition. Umut stepped in, made sure they provided a wheelchair, and didn’t just leave—he ensured she got safely all the way to her room.The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the long drive, and Umut was an excellent driver—smooth, safe, and professional the entire time.On top of that, I had sent the company a few (honestly a bit annoying) emails—one making sure they were aware of her situation (which I had already included in the booking), and another asking to adjust the pickup time. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, they were extremely kind, accommodating, and reassuring every step of the way.Knowing she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We are beyond grateful!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this service!
