Taxi Transfer Innsbruck Airport to St Christoph am Arlberg

Very good experience. Return trip INN airport - Gerlos. Both transfers were pleasant. Nice drivers, on time, and had arrived even ahead of schedule and were waiting for me. Everything went smoothly and as agreed in emails even though I had to reschedule both transfers. Early booking discount and easy payment.

Our driver for this morning transfer was Mr Erkan. He was timely, friendly and helpful - and he spoke good English. The company has many drivers and I am not sure of the quality of all of them, but Mr Erkan comes highly recommended by us.
Although he did say he was new to the job, we understand from all positive reviews from many months back, he has been with the company for quite some time.

We were picked up by Tim from Alpbach to go to Innsbruck Airport.
Tim was early which helped alot. The driver over was in a comfortable clean Mercedes and the drive was smooth and in flustered. We didn't feel rushed at any time.
Good service with a really pleasant polite guy who chatted away making the journey go very quickly.

A great service! The driver picked us up from the arrivals hall and on the return journey he was 15 minutes early, which was reassuring. The mercedes minibus was clean and roomy so overall it was an excellent service and I will definitely use them in the future!

We recently had a return transfer between Innsbruck and Selva di Val Gardena. At every point the service was excellent. Efficient booking, very competitive price, excellent drivers and vehicles. We had to make a timing change to our return journey due to my error and only realised a couple of days before. This was dealt efficiently with without issue or penalty. We have used many transfer companies to ski resorts over the years and Alpstria rank amongst the best. Highly recommend.

Very easy to arrange and everything worked perfectly. Great meet & greet at the airport and at our hotel (about 1 hour away from the airport) for our return. Nice car, great friendly driver, totally stressless. Plus the company kept in touch with us to confirm plans, pick-up times etc all the way through our holiday. What more could you want?

We were very happy with our experience using this car service. We had a 2+ hour drive and it felt very safe and smooth. Our driver, Tim, was kind, helpful, and gave answers to all of our questions. He also pointed out a few sights along the way. We requested car seats/boosters for our children and they were already installed upon pickup. Additionally, they were clean and new. Great service from start to finish!! would highly recommend them. Good communication, was concerned when booking that they don’t take a payment to guarantee the booking, but i emailed the week before travel. they assured me they would be there and they was. Slight confusion as we added a person on and it wasn’t relayed to the drivers, but it was handled well and caused no issues for us or them( i think). driver was running late in inbound journey but he kept in touch and arrived when he said he would.

Very happy with Aplstria Taxi, our flight from London was 3 hours late but the taxi was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived which was very nice. The driver Erkan was very professional and polite, he helped us with our bags and had a child car seat ready for our little one. Wir sind eine halbe Stunde früher gelandet als geplant. Der Fahrer Pepi hat schon auf uns gewartet. Angenehme Fahrt. Wir hatten eine weite Strecke von fast 3 Stunden. Fahrer war sehr aufmerksam, ob zu kalt oder warm, anhalten für einen sanitairen Stopp.
