Very good experience. Return trip INN airport - Gerlos. Both transfers were pleasant. Nice drivers, on time, and had arrived even ahead of schedule and were waiting for me. Everything went smoothly and as agreed in emails even though I had to reschedule both transfers. Early booking discount and easy payment.

Great service from start to finish!! would highly recommend them. Good communication, was concerned when booking that they don’t take a payment to guarantee the booking, but i emailed the week before travel. they assured me they would be there and they was. Slight confusion as we added a person on and it wasn’t relayed to the drivers, but it was handled well and caused no issues for us or them( i think). driver was running late in inbound journey but he kept in touch and arrived when he said he would.
would use them again!

Flights cancelled, arrival times changed, significant traffic congestion. These guys dealt with it all smoothly and without drama. Excellent Communication also.

We recently had a return transfer between Innsbruck and Selva di Val Gardena. At every point the service was excellent. Efficient booking, very competitive price, excellent drivers and vehicles. We had to make a timing change to our return journey due to my error and only realised a couple of days before. This was dealt efficiently with without issue or penalty. We have used many transfer companies to ski resorts over the years and Alpstria rank amongst the best. Highly recommend.

Our driver Ismail was very professional and oferred a 5-star service.
Our airline lost part of our luggage and Ismail waited patiently for us to complete all the forms and leave the airport. On the ride to our hotel he tried to tell us that everything will be fine and was very accommodating as we spent time on the phone talking to the airline.

All in all this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again

We had with 6 people two excellent trips from Innsbruck to Corvara (Dolomites) and back. Good luxury car, both times perfect on time and a very friendly and helpful driver (Umut). Next time we will, like in the last 5-6 years, travel again with Alpstria.

We had an incredible experience with this car service during a very stressful and complicated situation.My friend had a serious foot and ankle injury while traveling alone in Austria. She couldn’t walk and needed to keep her leg elevated, and had to get from the Innsbruck hospital all the way to the Munich airport, where she was staying overnight at the airport hotel before her flight.A special thank you to her driver, Umut, who was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond in every possible way. When they arrived at the airport hotel, the staff initially said they didn’t have a wheelchair and that her room was on the second floor and she should be able to get there on her own—which was not possible in her condition. Umut stepped in, made sure they provided a wheelchair, and didn’t just leave—he ensured she got safely all the way to her room.The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for the long drive, and Umut was an excellent driver—smooth, safe, and professional the entire time.On top of that, I had sent the company a few (honestly a bit annoying) emails—one making sure they were aware of her situation (which I had already included in the booking), and another asking to adjust the pickup time. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, they were extremely kind, accommodating, and reassuring every step of the way.Knowing she was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. We are beyond grateful!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this service!
